Victorian Pilsner // Seasonal #002

375mL - 5.2% ABV

In the style of a Czech Pilsner, but made in Victoria by a Victorian using only Victorian ingredients.

A clean and crisp pilsner malt backbone is balanced with a soft bitterness from Super Pride. Late additions of Melba hops give it a distinct grapefruit and citrus flavour. Unfiltered but crystal clear.

• Grain was harvested in Donald, then malted in Ballarat

• Hops were developed and grown in Myrrhee

• Yeast was propagated and pitched in Lilydale

• Water catchment is from the Upper Yarra Reservoir near Warburton.

ABV: 5.2% - IBU 25 - FG -1.009

MALT: PILSNER

HOPS: SUPER PRIDE, MELBA

FERMENT: 12 degC with DIAMOND Lager yeast
